The AI Workflow Template That Gives You Attribution You Can Defend in the Boardroom
What if the key to proving marketing’s impact has been sitting in your call recordings all along?
Most people know the power of tools like Gong. It’s a goldmine for competitor mentions, objections, feature requests, and campaign messaging. The challenge is, all that data is stuck inside Gong and locked behind seats.
And let’s be honest, CFOs and RevOps aren’t handing out extra licenses like it’s 2020.
The best insights into buyer behavior are often hidden in places marketing doesn’t have easy access to, unless you build a workflow to pull them out.

Meet Justin Norris, Sr. Director, Marketing and Web Operations at 360Learning.
Justin knows most companies are sitting on a gold mine of insights in Gong. The problem is, marketers rarely touch it. In this episode, he shows you how he built a workflow that transforms call transcripts into structured attribution data and market intelligence, so marketing and sales both win.
Here’s what you’ll see step by step:
How to pull transcripts from Gong and break them into smaller AI tasks for reliability
Why Retool beats Zapier when you’re processing hundreds of calls

Prompt of the Week: The Last Prompt You’ll Ever Need to Make ChatGPT Writing Sound Human
I can spot AI-written copy a mile away. Overuse of em dashes, dramatic hype, hashtags sprinkled where they don’t belong — it’s a dead giveaway. The problem is, once you notice it, your audience does too.
Sabrina Ramonov built a prompt to fix this. It strips out the fluff and forces ChatGPT to write like a direct response pro: short sentences, simple language, and no fake hype.
# FOLLOW THIS WRITING STYLE:
• SHOULD use clear, simple language.
• SHOULD be spartan and informative.
• SHOULD use short, impactful sentences.
• SHOULD use active voice; avoid passive voice.
• SHOULD focus on practical, actionable insights.
• SHOULD use bullet point lists in social media posts.
• SHOULD use data and examples to support claims when possible.
• SHOULD use “you” and “your” to directly address the reader.
• AVOID using em dashes (—) anywhere in your response. Use only commas, periods, or other standard punctuation. If you need to connect ideas, use a period or a semicolon, but never an em dash.
• AVOID constructions like "...not just this, but also this".
• AVOID metaphors and clichés.
• AVOID generalizations.
• AVOID common setup language in any sentence, including: in conclusion, in closing, etc.
• AVOID output warnings or notes, just the output requested.
• AVOID unnecessary adjectives and adverbs.
• AVOID hashtags.
• AVOID semicolons.
• AVOID markdown.
• AVOID asterisks.
• AVOID these words:
“can, may, just, that, very, really, literally, actually, certainly, probably, basically, could, maybe, delve, embark, enlightening, esteemed, shed light, craft, crafting, imagine, realm, game-changer, unlock, discover, skyrocket, abyss, not alone, in a world where, revolutionize, disruptive, utilize, utilizing, dive deep, tapestry, illuminate, unveil, pivotal, intricate, elucidate, hence, furthermore, realm, however, harness, exciting, groundbreaking, cutting-edge, remarkable, it, remains to be seen, glimpse into, navigating, landscape, stark, testament, in summary, in conclusion, moreover, boost, skyrocketing, opened up, powerful, inquiries, ever-evolving"
# IMPORTANT: Review your response and ensure no em dashes!

Tool of the Week: AI Podcast Player to Help You Discover, Save and Organize Clips and Highlights
Snipd is a podcast app that lets you capture highlights, generate AI-powered summaries, and turn episodes into searchable notes.
This isn’t strictly a marketer’s tool, but I had to include it because it’s my go-to podcast player. I can ask a question about a term that was used in a podcast that I wasn’t familiar with, like “what is a SAFE note in venture capital?” It not only gives me the answer, but it also applies it to the context of the exact podcast where it was mentioned. Here’s the snip from a 20VC episode:
What is a SAFE note?
A SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) is a type of convertible security used by startups to raise early-stage funding. It allows investors to invest money now with the promise of converting that investment into equity at a future financing round, usually at a discounted price or with a valuation cap.
What Jason Means Here
When Jason says the "$8 million Series A is 3 SAFE notes," he means that instead of a traditional equity round, the startup raised that amount through three SAFE agreements. These SAFEs will convert into shares later, typically during the next priced round, often at a discount or with a cap, rather than immediate equity at the time of the initial investment.
It also has an integration with Notion, so after every episode, it automatically uploads all of my saved snips into a new Notion table.

AI Resource Roundup
Building a Website with Claude Code: This YouTube video shows how to build an entire website with Claude Code, step by step. The part I like is how it makes landing page tests faster to spin up, not just something that looks pretty in Lovable but you still have to figure out how to get it into production.
GEO (Generative Search Optimization) vs. SEO: I came across a guide that explains why marketers should think about generative engine optimization alongside traditional SEO. I really like this because it offers a practical approach to starting with GEO while still nailing your technical SEO.
ChatGPT Scheduled Reports: This one is a practical gem, and it’s a short 125-word LinkedIn post. It show how you can now ask ChatGPT to send you scheduled reports on any topic, and it will pull fresh sources for you each week. I primarily used this myself for competitive intel, but you can also use it for release tracking, even keeping up with niche research areas or even job openings. And speaking of…
